Who we are

This is an independent information resource operated by TAEMIN.LIVE. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Galaxy Corporation or the artist’s management. All ticket sales are handled by the official promoters and ticketing partners linked on this page. The data controller is Harmony Wave Solutions Kft., 2161 Csomád, Verebeshegy utca 11, Hungary (company register no. 13-09-234819, VAT no. HU32590751).

The operator of this site is also the promoter of the tour’s Helsinki and Madrid dates. Those two dates are listed on exactly the same terms as every other date, and we receive no commission from any ticket sale.

What we collect

If you subscribe, we store your email address and the country you select. Nothing else about you is stored by us. We do not ask for your name, and the form has no free-text field.

Why, and on what basis

We use it for one purpose: to email you when a new city of the LiMiNaL tour is announced or an announced date changes. The country lets us tell you about dates near you rather than all of them. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, and withdrawal does not affect anything sent before it.

Who processes it

The list is stored with Resend, our email provider. The site is served byCloudflare, whose server logs briefly record your IP address so we can limit abusive submissions. We do not sell or share the list with anyone, including the tour’s promoters or ticketing partners.

Approximate location

To show you the nearest upcoming show, we use the approximate location Cloudflare derives from your IP address. The calculation happens on our server, the result is only the name of a city already listed on this page, and nothing about your location is stored or sent to anyone. No permission prompt appears and no third-party location service is used. If the location is unavailable, the block simply does not appear.

Measurement

Cloudflare Web Analytics runs on every visit. It sets no cookies and does not identify you. Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta run only if you accept in the cookie banner; before that they are not loaded at all. You can change your answer at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or until the tour ends and the list has no further purpose – whichever comes first. Rate-limiting records are deleted automatically after ten minutes.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or erase it, object to its use, or complain to your national supervisory authority. Write to info@harmonywavesolutions.com.
